2008年交了$2500上跳舞课，一共25课，交钱时被告知可以随时cancel，没上的课的钱可
以退回。但是没有书面文件。只有一张付款收据。（他们没有提到与cancel相关的任何
其他条件也没有书面文件）。
我上了15课，然后一直没上，上的最后一课是2008年5月。昨天（也就是过了3年），我
去找他们想要回没上的10课的退款，但他们说时间太久，可以用剩下的credit上课，但
是不能退钱。
我的问题：
1.从法律上说，他们是不是应该退钱给我？
2.这种1000快的小case, 律师会接吗？律师会怎么收费，费用大概多少？
3.其实现在钱不是我的首要问题，主要觉得他们不讲道理，就是想要个公道。他们offe
r说退给我500快，可是一副施舍我的样子，我很不爽，就是付给律师费用以后我实际1分
都拿不到，我也要分个对错
4.如果找律师打官司，我要求他们退全款，付我的律师费用，并经济补偿我花的时间（
不贪心，就2天的工资），这过分吗？就是想让他们知道不守承诺，非得用这种方式解决
，他们损失更大。
5.已经和当地的政府file 了consumer complaint, 管用吗？那些政府机关有权让他们退
款吗？

there is a breach of contract. And sometimes, the statuteoflimitation runs
from the "breaching" time which arguable can be the time they reject
performing the duties.
BTW, if there is no concern about time or money, I do think it will be a
valuable thing to fight for urself on this point. "Right" means asking for
your justice, which is right. |
