是原告，我根本没有任何civil tort against anyone.
背景调查的原话是这样的：
One civil record was found in the name of xx wong. No identifiers were noted
Case number 123456/2010 was filed on 10/10/2010, and is styled xx wong,
plaintiff, no identifiers noted vs. xxx Benison, defendant. The cause of
action is tort. This case is still pending.
Client will note that these results are taken from docket information only.
No identifiers were noted in the docket. therefore, this case has not been
positively identified with the applicant.
请问这里是说他们的搜索结果只是根据名字，没有根据工卡和生日，他们不确定这个案
件就是我本人，是吧？ 还有，有没有可能我在不知情的情况下，成为plaintiff? 如果
我要找到这个Case,放出来看看是不是我，我应该如何做？
