overwrite linux 自己的 keyboard shortcut，但是如果当前界面不是 emacs 或者
emacs in terminal，就按 linux desktop 自己的 keyboard shortcut 来。实在不想
定义两套完全不冲突的键。
比如说，痛恨 M-Tab：这么有用的键。
另，emacs 里找上一个括号是 C-M-p。 |

In general, before a keyboard event can reach Emacs, it
might be intercepted by your window manager (metacity?).
There is nothing Emacs can do in such case; you have to
configure your window manager to stop it from intercepting
the key.
Some window managers (such as Sawfish) allow you to define
app specific keybindings.
