a**v 发帖数: 800	4 那请问怎么claim呢？我就找到一个表， The credit is claimed on new IRS Form 5405, First-Time Homebuyer Credit, and filed with your 2008 or 2009 federal income tax return. 可是2008的已经return了，2009的不是明年才claim吗？谢谢
