发帖数: 344 | 1 房子半年前做过白蚁检查，有白蚁，所有修理费用大概$2000，前屋主应该也没有修. 经纪说加州基本上都有，这种程度不算严重，建议我熏一下白蚁就好。请问需要重新做白蚁检查吗? 还是跟据经纪说的直接熏一下就可以了？经纪推荐了一家公司收费$1200, 不知道合理吗？还有请公司熏白蚁有什么要注意的地方吗？在北加。谢谢！ | n******a

me that it costs a lot to fix it. But it should be OK since they have
treatment half a year ago. Those treatment usually lasts several years. | a****s
发帖数: 344 | 3 there was an inspection report and the reprt quoted about $2000 in repair
cost, but I don't think any treatment was done...my agent is saying as long
as I do the fumigation then the house should be fine, but I'm not sure if
that's true or not, and if that $1200 for fumigation is reasonable. I'd appreciate any advice, thanks!
