不过，401K loan的问题主要是投资收益有了一个上限，如果预期投资收益高的话，就
不合算了。

your job; etc.
However, for people who are a little short of downpayment/closing cost and
can pay back the loan in a short period of time, 401(K) loan isn't that bad.
