说，如果inspection 做了，房子没有问题，closing 以后，如果有什么问题，那个
relocate 公司没有任何责任了，大家有碰到过这样的问题么？
还有，我们问了几家贷款公司，中介强力要我们用他家的，可是，他家的interest
rate and closing cost 都比较高，我们不想用。 我们找到了便宜的(wells fargo)。
中介说你们是和relocate 公司签的合同，所以用他家的settlement company 比较好
，大家觉得这个中介说得对么？
