后面的inspection啊，appraisal的时候再找机会砍砍价？
我家的房子买的时候出的full price，因为听说有人先给了offer，只比full price低一点点

the appraisal from the bank seems always higher than the selling price.
for inspection, the main purpose is to get a house without any problem. not
for extra money.

less than the market price.

这个指标没有意义. 不管卖家怎样list, 买家就盯住市场成交价 per sqft再结合具体
的情况加减一下就可以了. |
