1. 正常情况 如果appraisal价格比你offer price低 你可以要求降价
bank希望你放弃这一权利
2. 自己负责修理
3. 希望买家以后不要提任何补助的要求

that owned by bank after auction.

1, 如果appraisal说房子不值你给的价你一样买。
如果你的借钱银行要求你修东西你自己出钱。
不找seller要任何钱。

发帖数: 3244 | 8 For Q1, it's your call. If you know for sure that you are getting a deal,
you can waive it. Otherwise, don't. For Q2, tell they that you pay all cash
and there's no lend involved. For Q3, it's OK to waive that since you are
not going to get anything and this is not for repairing.

contract会怎么样都不知道。。。。

The house is in North NJ. A bank own house. Asking 680000. I gave them
580000 cash offer.

发帖数: 73 | 11 BTW, I think it is not very important to know what is short sale,
foreclosure or REO. As long as you know your attorney will protect you by
searching the title and make sure no lien, that will be good enough. Am I
right?

能贷款给你。而且常常只用LENDER的CONTRACTOR来修，你给钱
3. 有坏的地方不给修，不给CREDIT
