usually total commission is 5% ( USUALLY in Bay Area). So buyer agent get
2.
5%. But the firm (broker) will big part of commission. You need talk with
your agent (negotiate rebate) before submit offer.

purchase price~~~
我问的是可不可以从seller那里要another 3% rebate....相当于变相lower the
offerring price....我同事前年从房第美买房，房第美直接给了她3% credit....我就
是想问问这个是不是很普遍？（在弯曲） |
