发帖数: 209 | 4 Banked apprved ss means the price has already be approved by the bank. Of
course you can offer lower price, you will wait longer since the bank has to
redo all the apprisal process.
GOOD agent usually needs to do more work for short sale, and therefore, he/
she may offer you less rebate.
Buyer/seller commision are usually the same as normal sale. |
