那就只有和你的buyer agent argue啦。
一般能拿3%。看seller跟listing agent签合同给多少。反正他们对分。

a lot of buyer agents would give 1~2% rebate depends on house price and
the effor they put. 1.5% is pretty normal.
never heard that buyers need to pay buyer agent unless it is refundable
deposit. |

发帖数: 173 | 13 在南加肯给到1.5的都是刚入行或者生意不太好的agent拔。。
新人agent一般只能拿到2%左右，还要交给broker 0.5%-1%
我用过几个agent，开二手mercedes的给rebate多，能力只能说so so，
现在开porsche的虽然只有象征性的一点rebate，可水平和服务质量明显要高出一大截
。。
