You can do it yourself. PVC pipe is very easy to work with, most should be
hand tighten anyway. (they sell kits, P_trap and a few elbow is all you need)
Electric can be feed from nearest GFCI.
No need to cut counter, and a very small chance you need to cut the dry wall
