文件上 contingency 有这么一句
Buyer agrees that minor repairs and routine maintenance items of the Real
Estate do not constitute defects and are not a part of this contingency.
The fact that a functioning major component may be at the end of its useful
life shall not render such component defective for purposes of this
paragraph.
请问这对我有害么? 是不是标准文件上都有着一条?

hum... it's definitely not to your advantage. and the language is vague.
what is "minor"? under $100, under $1000?

在加州吗?用standard lease. 这种不清楚的东西是害人的。INSPECTION 后不需要说
出原因就可以BACKOUT

靠, 偶们下的 offer 上啥 Contingency 的条款都没有, 只是说 0ffer 后 17 天内
可以无条件退出。
