Do you happen to know the cost of redoing plumbing? The house has 4 bedrooms
, 3.5 bathrooms, 2400 square feet. Thanks!

Better do it before you move in.
How did your inspector find out the pipe? My inspector couldn't see any
exposed pipe in the house. He just guessed, based on the year of the house,
that could be PB. Since the house is a foreclosure, we gambled. After
closing, I cut a small piece of drywall off next to the washer connector,
and saw copper pipes in the wall. We got lucky and don't need to worry about
replumbing any more |

发帖数: 749 | 8 I got my townhouse having the same plumbing pipes.Actually, the whole
community has it. It's been popular sometime back to 90's.
I checked once with someone, they say it will cost a lot. maybe a few
thousands (maybe he did not want to do it and try to scare me away).
so far, nothing bad happened, but you never know.
