现在都做好了， 按发现他们没做到窗户那个高度。 俺回头找design center 不承认了
。 说没有这个纪录。
1.对于这种upgrad, buyer 一般是只有一个简单的upgrad list ,还是应该有一个详细的
list,以及special request ?
2.这种情况，大家有啥好建议？

against their's and if it passes the closing date while you still don't want
to close it, they will charge you for delaying closing and may even for
breaching the contract. be careful and keep every changes in writing.

俺当时指出来了， 他们说计算里面有， 而且还给俺看了． 俺就相信了． 现在他
