钱了, 对credit有没有损害.
lease的相关原文如下: In the event Lessee desires to terminate the lease
before the expiration of the lease term, Lessee will pay to Lessor a
cancellation fee of 2 months rent....Lessor shall retain all remedies for
non-compliance with the Lease and Secruity Deposit Agreement and Lessee
shall be liable for any damages for non-compliance.

时候，再去打官司。 当然， 你如果不想搬走， 也可以先打官司。

Few landlords are willing to lease to you. Your credit score might get
negative impact.

应该就是正式通知了吧. 但making noise怎么是material noncompliance呢?
