directly? Anyone has applied mortgage directly from the bank?
Not sure whether the brokers are telling us lower rate now to attract
customers' commitment and later will never lock a rate like this.

eventually they will sell to a big bank as a whole with packaging many
mortgages. Shop around mortgage with at least 3 brokers and you will get

通常来说，broker走的是银行的wholesale渠道，而直接找银行是走他们的retail渠道
。这就是为什么找broker通常rate会更好的原因。 |
