我们agent只在合同上给我们争取了不到2.67&的closing help （3600）,合同是agent
帮我们签的，因为离agent比较远。今天银行接到offer我才看到 。
明天合同拿给seller签，我是不是可以要求我们agent把这个3600给去掉？
房子问题是很多的。 |

原来你的意思是算错了... 这个很好解决吧，要么把3600改掉，要么把3.5%改掉。

发帖数: 2687 | 14 哎，我就是瞎操心，我老公觉得这么点钱相对于房子本身也不在乎了。哎，他是挺喜欢
这个房子，但我觉得能争取回来点钱就是一点，也没和agent要 rebate。明天agent就把contract给seller，
seller签了就开始inspect了，这个房子本身应该还是挺hot的，我也怕弄来弄去银行嫌
烦再给别人了。一切等inpect后，能不能说服银行再给一些credit,如果房子比我们想
象还差的话
