比如5/1 ARM,看起来差不多差了0.875%。。。差这么多阿。。。

c**********e 发帖数: 1184 | 5 因为我们在网上发布的refinance的利率是no cost refinance,即我们帮忙付closing
cost。而purchase loan因为closing cost比较高,通常都是borrower自己负担的。所
以purchase loan的利率会低一些。
