我的agent和我说这个不要钱，但是seller agent说 “Title Companies in Texas
cannot prepare legal documents, so I have to order the document from an
attorney.The attorney charges a fee. 这个fee是$75.
谁知道这个到底收不收钱？买房子好多事呀～～～～ | e***w

most banks will do this for their customers for free。

Attorney. Mortgage broker 给了一个范本,填好,先去了CHASE,被告知不给办.然后去
