Z***n 发帖数: 37	1 一方薪水高、credit score暂时低，工作历史短；另一方薪水低、credit score高，工作历史长些。谁作coapplicant有差别么？

q*******2 发帖数: 235	3 The lower score between the two applicants will be used, so it doesn;t matter who is the main applicant and who is the co-applicant.
d******n 发帖数: 2712	4 工作历史太短的话，有些银行会认为，不够qualify去做borrower的。另外，不论谁是 borrower，谁是co-borrower，credit score都会取低的那个人的中间分。看起来区别不大，不过，work history蛮重要的要，如果是我，我会选work history长的那个做 borrower。至于underwriter是否承认work history短的那方的income，就只能赌一把了。
