去拿一个homeowner ins 的quote，如果是SFH的话，需要dwelling coverage不低于
loan amount，如果是condo的话，dwelling coverage不低于appraisal value的20%。
另外，银行要LZ选定title公司的联系方式，公司名称，title officer的名字，电话，
email等。 |
