1. 如果要listing, 要电话verification. borrower 要input 电话number, 一分钟电话verify. Agent也要verify (agent verification 容易些).
2. free listing. However, encourage borrower put down 18 dollars as earnest money, then their listings get highlighted and agents know they are absolutely serious. Finance 成功后，return这个 earnest fee.
不过，earnest fee 还是自愿的

2. prevent fraud from both ends
3. verify security of the transaction and end user.
4. achieve efficiency in transaction and economy of scale
Phone verification is not credible. You may get into trouble with regulators
since loan and real-estate dealings require business licenses.
This is not a bad idea but you need to address these serious problems so you
have a shot of success.
For the last point, loan seekers usually search for loan rates and then talk
to
the lowerest bidder. The opposite is not usual since the actual loan rate
depends a lot on the characteristics of the loan. I am not saying this can't
be a good
business model except that you need to have a big base of loan providers (
bidders) for this to work.

，下有对策。
不过agent们可能不太like我这个主意吧，但是想想ebay, 卖家也不用费劲找买家了，

发帖数: 413 | 14 查了我的loan application form, 基本上listing 内容都cover 了。have to suppose
listing is true. 就像ebay 也只能suppose listing is true 了。
Bidding 成功后要马上要SSN填一个formal lock agreement.
就像我打电话说我的情况拿到一个estimate。然后要SSN填表好像只是一个过程，如果
情况符实，rate和cost也不会变.
