看到inspection result了。没想到问题还不少，毕竟是2007年的房子啊！
想问一下大家，这些问题有多严重：
1， 外面的墙：The butt joints on all the fiber cement have separated and are
showing the building paper
underneath。
2， 热水器：The water heater is "gurgling" at the time of the inspection
which may indicate that the unit will
need replacement soon.
3， 地下室：There is one floor joist in the crawl under the main floor full
bath which has been improperly
notched out. The top cord of the wood I joist has been cut out for
approximately 8 - 10 inches.
4， 地下室：The plastic in the crawl space is not spread out completely.
There are many areas which have the
pea gravel exposed.
