promissory note 好了。
Form 1040 schedule A 就有一项, 如果跟个人贷款,要提供债权人的social
security number. 自己deduct interest, 债权人报利息收入就是了。
楼主查一下tax code 吧,要不就问会计师。

(3) requires more than a promissory note, and that's the most expensive to
satisfy.

用几千刀吧。
我曾经自己改过房子的title, 因为想从joint tenancy 改到community property with
right of surviviorship. refi 时,title company居然messed up 了,怕耽误
funding. 要close之后再做,然后又要加收 二百。一怒,自己做。 网上找个
template, 再参考现有的Grand Deed, Word processing 一下,notarized, 送到county record, 搞定。

i******e 发帖数: 1720 | 14 I remember the one I used was googled from an attorney's website. If I find
it, I'll PM you.
But google it, using keyword "Grand Deed" and your state name. Each state
might have some "rules" about the wording. Also note, some county have very
specific requirement about the margin on the Grant Deed, so the stamp can
be put on properly. So check your county/state's recorder websites for
instruction.
If your current Grand Deed has space to add words, and you have a typewriter
, the easiest way is -
make a copy of your current "Grand Deed",
wipe out the existing XXX grants to YYY, wipe out the date,
wipe the line with transfer tax
cover the top where county stamp is on.
Make another copy,
type the new Grantor and Grantee, date, transfer tax should be "0"
Make a final copy for notarization
It might look ugly, but it is a LEGAL document. I have an ugly grand deed
due to title company's mistake. And another one even have an amendment due
to not meeting county requirement. And they're all made by the title
companies. I don't take these "seriously" anymore as long as my name is
spelled right and the parcel number is right. :)
