发帖数: 1184 | 2 Monthly mortgage payment是付前一个月的利息的，这和缴房租是缴下个月的是不一样
的。因为利息是时间的函数，时间没有过，利息是不能due的。
至于说地产税，则是提前缴付，即付下个半年的。
