offer上写128k, 并注明让他们付5k closing cost.
我觉得是agent想多拿些commission, 原来做pre-approval letter 的时候， 那个
broker说要5k 的closing cost, 不过我听说closing cost 应该也就是你贷款的1%。所
以我跟agent说， 那你就写125k，让他们付closingcost好了。
请问这样做有什么问题么？签offer letter 的时候有什么问题要注意的么？

face of your offer, the chances that you may be able to get it is bigger.

发帖数: 165 | 4 我的理解是，其实相当于closing cost还是我出的，而对方最后拿到的钱还是123k，账
面上写123k,还是128k，好像只是对agent有好处。
不知道理解的对不对？
