ING: closing charges around $2500, rate 2.75 for first 5 years;
PenFed: no fee closing, rate 3.625 for first 5 years.
which one is better?
I do not know how much interest I will pay for the PenFed case. If I can pay
off in 2-3 years, the interest I have paid will be more than $2500? how to
calculate it? I was told in the beginning years you pay most of interest.
ING has no early pay off penalty. I need to double check PenFed. |
