ROOF
- There is visible evidence that the roof has been involved in a hail storm.
There are dents in metal flashing, down spouts, guttering, and vents. The
shingles are dented and have surface scars from impact. Recommend the roof
be fully evaluated by a qualified roofing contractor at this time. - (See
Photo 3-15)
GARAGE
- There is additional wiring to outlets on the West side of the garage that
are missing GFCI protection and wiring is not kept inside the wall cavity
and
secured properly. - (See Photo 1) - (See Photo 2)
HEATING / COOLING
- We did not operate the cooling unit as the outside air temperature was too
cold to safely operate the unit.
ELECTRICAL
- There is an opening in the bottom of the main panel box without a breaker
or cover installed to prevent anything from entering the panel box. - (See
Photo 2)
KITCHEN / LAUNDRY
- The weather stripping for the door to the garage is missing. It is part of
the seal between the garage and interior. - (See Photo 5)
BATHROOMS
- The master bathroom tub faucet has the stops adjusted improperly and hot
is opposite from cold with off in the middle. - (See Photo 5)
INTERIOR ROOMS
- Outlet covers for the front East bedroom are missing. - (See Photo 6) | N**s
