broker的前提是必须有3年sales associate的经验, 是不是就没可能自己考执照买房了

者是接着考broker license, 有了broker license就可以自己开公司了.
btw, Realtor是一个real estate association, 有了地产的license之后, 交钱加入就
行, 不需要考试 |

A broker company usually takes 50% to 20% of a realtor's commission. In your
case, it is better to find an agent who gives rebate than become a realtor
yourself.

几千块钱不值得考执照。
