，这次第一次看到Truth-in-lending discloser statement，上面有一句话
No Guarantee to Refinance. There is no guarantee that you will be able to
refinace to lower your rate and payments.
这句话重要不重要？是不是以后他们有权不让我做refinance？ |

Prepayment. If you pay off your loan early, you may be entitled to a refund
of part of the finance charge.
是不是包括我做refinance的情况。我的理解是refinance 意味着别的lender帮我pay
off了。然后如果这是对的话，那么这个 finance charge是指什么呢？要我refund的可
能就是给我的credit或者给我waive的origination fee?

and payments". This is standard in all of my truth-in-lending document.
No, you have right to do refinance or not.
