no point,但是还是有cost的.

什么样算合适呢
能用加州的贷款吗，好象那里便宜一点的说

另外一家给了这个，又如何哪，是不是应该选３．３７５％，因为
(1035+400)/210000=0.7% ＋３．１２５％〉３．３７５％

lender costs are $1035.00 for the processing, underwriting, and loan
documents. the appraisal fee is $400.00. For No Processing, underwriting
and loan documents Costs except the appraisal is 3.375% for 15 year fixed
and 30 year fixed 3.875%.
