w*******e 发帖数: 2405	1 看了个房子，seller disclosure里面说，这个房子在1910年的时候有个lease of the oil, gas or mineral rights being agreed to for this particular property. 问题是这个房子是1984年建的，而且没有人知道这个lease是什么，比如说和哪个公司( 或个人），多长时间，补偿，等等。。。这样的房子是不是不能买？买了将来也不好卖？
