of items that we are asking the seller to fix to the seller’s attorney.
Is it our attorney’s job or realtor’s job to negotiate with the seller on
the items to be fixed? Which one of them will help us to do the negotiation?

your agent - seller's agent is more impotant. Attorneies just pass
information, they won't recommend anything. |
