contingency extension. You must remove your contingencies by signing the
contingency removal document. They do not expire automatically.
不知道是不是这样的？

理。
你的dual agent不给力的话，你要自己学会保护自己，发个书面的email是最起码的。
口头通知不算的。 |

diligence period, 我给你个模版吧：
Termination Notice
1,Buyer(s) hereby exercise(s) right of termination during Due Diligence
period set forth in the binding agreement, which was dated on xx/xx/xxxx for
property located at: xxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx.
2,The party terminating this agreement propoese that the funds currently
being held by holder be disbursed as follows:
Earnest money $xxxx to return to the buyer(s) XXXXX XXXXXXX
-----------------------------------------------------------
下面签名/日期，尽快在due diligence period结束前发出去。
以上模版仅供参考，最后还是要根据你们州的规定来处理。 |
