了offer给builder 结果builder同意了 但是我们又去看了一下 发现有很多细节不满意
准备退出 而且我们没有在规定时间内付earnest money 这时候我们的buyer agent让
我们签一个rescission letter 其中的一条如下
COMMISSION IF SOLD IN FUTURE. If Seller shall, within six (6) months after
the date hereof,
sell said property to Buyer or someone acting on Buyer's behalf, Seller
shall pay Listing Firm a
commission of (check one) $ ____________________ or ______
______________% of
the sales price, less any portion of the above earnest money retained by
Listing Firm. Provided if
a commission is paid to another member(s) of a multiple listing service in
conjunction with such a
sale, the amount of commission payable to Listing Firm shall be reduced by
the amount paid to
such other member(s). “Sell” means a Purchase and Sale Agreement signed
during said six
months, regardless of when it closes.
这个是说如果将来不用他了找了其他的agent 然后再买这栋房子的话 seller就要付
commission给他? 这个规定是不是正常的?如果是的话 一般都是6个月么?
