好像除了门钥匙，CLOSE的时候，要像SELLER要啥东西？ 比如什么东西有钥匙，或者啥

发帖数: 6922 | 12 如果不是买的全新的房子，看看原屋主搬走后，有没有损伤房子的某些地方。
我们去年买的房，原因是人夫妻俩离婚了，房子供不下去了。我们去final walk
through 前，agent就偷偷的和我们说，如果是小问题，就let it go,人家又离婚又卖
房的，肯定心情很不好的.但如果是大的损伤就一定要记下来。发包子吧！

are not removed by seller
2. check with seller for:
- user menus/documentations for all appliance
- garage door openers and all the keys
- warrnty or insurance for the appliances/homes if there is any
- electricity switches or controls for the house ( make your life easier
if you ask now :)
- ask the local water company/garbage company/ utility company information
for activation
Also don't forget:
- transfer your mails to the new address
- activate the water/electricity/internet
- changing the address for your bank, credit card, payroll, driver license..
.etc
- rekey the house if you prefer
That is all I can think of so far.
