人鄙视的事情。
好在在现在的技术条件下，代理已经没有存在的必要了。

应该庆幸
不过确实一个房子成交，像我现在的这个buyer agent，蛮辛苦的。
操心的事很多。比如closing date快到了，她得操心extend。我order 了Inspection后
，她得联系contractor，安排我几点到场 却不浪费时间etc。
至于买房以外的事情，麻烦到她的话 太不prefessional了。

是花钱，总得千方百计让别人更辛苦一点，他心里才舒服，才觉得钱花的值了。

发帖数: 3084 | 19 buyer agent是挺辛苦的，我看了半年房，中间去度假，让同事cover，还得不停地处理
邮件和电话。而且，我中间碰到一个完全意外的房子，朋友连agent都给找好了，我不
忍心，继续用我们的realtor。
签过几个offer，LP有经验了，有次说她现在可以做助理realtor了，过了一会儿，他看
着我儿子开玩笑，说你长大了可以做realtor，我们两口子沉默了，装作没听见，他很
苍凉地声音说：你要接受好的教育。听着挺伤感的，也是一个曾经很帅的白人，曾经在
公司做事，去过中国出差。可惜公司搬到外州了，孩子还在本地的好学校念书，于是转
行做了realtor。都是中年人，彼此彼此，生活都不容易。
不过，除非非常严重的问题，agent都是希望早点做成生意。自己得拿主意。 |

to show properties, write up offers and even schedule inspections. Listing
agents? Get it listed and wait for offers come in. Not selling? Seller is
too greedy and asking too much so drop the damn price!!!

in the apt, the whole place was not organized at all. it looked more like a
college dorm than a property for sale.

The measure for a good/bad agent is to see how many houses have been sold.

debatable if their service is worth the 3% commission though..

不过我非常同意buyer agent改成按实际工作量收费，就像会计，律师一样.在当前制度
下，他们大部
分人的德行就跟门槛一样低。当然改成根waitress一样根据 工作量，和服务态度
merit based，我也觉得合理，
当前这个2.5%-3% commission给buyer agent,谁都不服。

here in nyc. without a good buyer agent, it will take longer for a buyer to
win a bid for any decent apts.
