John Smith，a single man 或者 Mary Taylor，a single woman
2.如果结了婚且只想有一个在房子（title）上，那么也选C，比如，填：
John Smith, a married man as his sole and separate property
或者
Mary Taylor，a married woman as her sole and separate property
3. 如果结了婚且要把两个人放在title上，那么选A或者B
如果选A，例如，填：
John Smith and Mary Taylor, huaband and wife as joint tenant with right of
survivorship
如果选B,例如，填：
John Smith and Mary Taylor, huaband and wife as tenants in common
A和B的区别在于，在A情况下，假如配偶去世了，那么另一个人自动拥有去世者的那一
半产权；而在B情况下，就算配偶去世了，另一个人也不自动拥有去世者的产权，而是
要按继承法，遗嘱或者特殊财产公证来。
