estimated fee sheet since majority fee will from purchase side.
2. If this is refinance, you should not care about GFE since it is no fee
anyway
3. If you just ask estimated GFE, no need to pull the credit score till you
decide to work with the agent.

我的被hard pull 了四次，还是800分呵。你信用分数低就算了。

至少要问清以下两点：
1，Rate （按最好的信用成绩能给出的rate）
2，Lender fees 和 Appraisal fee。 |

1，不需要shop太多家， 最多3，4家足够了。如果shop的是不了解的loan officer的话
，在shop的过程中很重要的一件事是通过问一些问题，接不接电话，回不回email等来
看此loan officer够不够专业和负责。
2，尽量不要查信用，如果你知道自己信用没问题的话。如果实在需要的话， 让其中的
一家查， 然后你把copy 发给别的需要quote的loan officer。如果一个loan officer
说必须查自己的， pass。
3,要问清楚的就是panpandy说的这两点。问rate的时候最好让所有人在同一时间，至少
同一天发给你。 |

If this is refinance, no point no fee, no need for GFE
If this is purchase loan (not brand new house), goes for lender related fee
since we, as mortgage broker, do NOT know escrow and title fee at all.
Better to talk with licensed broker.

新房 builder的rate不算低，给5k closing 自己还要掏近2k
感觉不是很划算撒
