我看permit application表格上有个owner-builder declaration, （好像我只能申请
contractor's permit, 不能owner's permit, 因为否则一年内不能卖。请问我理解得
对吗？） 然后是3个checkboxes供选择,
1. I, as owner of the property, or my employees with wages as their sole
compensation, will do all of or portion of the work, and the structure is
not intended or offered for sale. (Section 7044, Business and Professions
Code: The Contractors' State License Law does not apply to an owner of
property who, through employees or personal effort, builds or improves the
property, provided that the improvement are not intended or offered for sale
. If however, the building or improvement is sold within one year of
completion, the Owner-Builder will have the burden of providing that it was
not built or improved for the purpose of sale.)
2. I, as owner of the property, am exclusively contracting with licensed
Contractors to construct the project (Section 7044, Business and Professions
Code: The Contractors' State License Law does not apply to an owner of
property who builds or improves thereon, and who contracts for the projects
with a licensed Contractor pursuant to the Contractors' State License Law.)
3. I am exempt from licensure under the Contractors' State License Law for
the following reason: ____________________
By my signature below I acknowledge that, except for my personal residence
in which I must have resided for at least one year prior to completion of
the improvement covered by this permit, I cannot legally sell a structure
that I have built as an owner-builder if it has not been constructed in its
entirety by licensed contractors. I understand that a copy of the applicable

请教大家，这个owner-builder declaration我需要选第二项吗？还是不需要填，因为
我不是owner-builder? 能只申请隔间和天窗permit吗？applicant's address 是填要
装修的这个原住址还是现在的新住址好呢？多谢大家。 |
