but I can't read through this book...
Odian's book is easier but not the easiest.

Ordian's book is easier and there is one Chinese translation...
But that book is mainly about Polymer Chem.
There are another two books.
One is Fundamentals of Polymer Science (by Painter and Coleman),
and Textbook of Polymer Science (by Billmeyer).
and one polymer physics book:
The Physics of Polymers (by Strobl).
If you want to see some specific areas,
there are several classical books.
For Viscoelasticity, Ferry's book.
