照自己的原则胡乱排好了就没再改过。第一张表打分，内容包括：
location
my general impression
hospital physical plant
work load
ancillary service
electronic records
fellowship placement
do I like the faculty
do I like the house staff
will I fit in
teaching and education
patient population
my intend subspecialty exposure
research opportunities
第二张表简要的列出各项跟benefit有关的细节to help me decide when the scores
are too close.
salary (in my case the difference can be big)

had you had 10 programs?
I am not concerned about research when I list my rankings. I get upset doing research, period.
I am mainly concerned about volume of cases (lots of cases, but not too much
), patient population (diversified is better), whether I have people I know
working there or graduated from there(friends in PGY staff, or faculty that
