发帖数: 103 | 1 These 46 programs (~50% of total number of programs I applied last year) only sent out invitations last year. I called most of them, if not all, by early December 2008 and found out that as long as I was not invited, the game was over with them.
If you wanted to be interviewed by any of these programs but haven't heard anything from the by early November, I would say you can call the program coordinator to ask about it.
