such phone call is actually a face-to-face IV's candidates selection and actually may
be more difficult to handle well--if you couldn't handle well, you lost a
chance and file goes to trash, if you did well, you may get IV invatation.
several guys complained before for such tel IVs and even no ANY preparation
and forgot to appy the program that PD called from.....
you can think what they would get after such a tel-IV........

always make a copy of list with the pg and PD's name w/ a few key issue
words to remind you this pg's special area.
put such copy list one at home, one in your office/lab, even one in bag. in
case you receive the call, quicly take out the list and politely ask called
to tell you clearly pg's name, and you can have some idea to answer some
questions.....
Although it's hard to remember so many pgs, at least you did some homework
on those pgs, and have such a memo lis

need time to prepare.
but better call back soon,not delay too long--too many ppl and potential
candidates there, PD may lost or never care to miss one guy if he/she is too
busy to call you again......
