好找，又要花〉2万美金。考了USMLE，没 match上，不知只有 NP学位没有NP
experience，对match 有多大帮助？读书读烦了。以后回国（〉50 岁），如有美国
ECFMG certificate加NP degree 和 NP experience，能找到好的职位么？请大家出出

just for match? With the same effort and time spent, you could find
observation to help your match.
for going back to china, NP is definitely not going to help you and will
just cause confusion because ECFMG and NP are totally two different track.
try match harder, don't give up. so many people here give a second or even
third try and succeed. you won't regret. |

400 个小时临床实习，400 个小时NP residency(类似医生residency，但是在clinlic
，是在NP,PA, MD的supervise下）。个人觉得比observision的经验好。就打当不了医
生，NP在许多州是可单独行医开业的，在这点上是比 PA有优势。

than $20,000, you can work as a RN part time or even full time and study NP
at the same time.

To start NP, it might be another round of investing so much and kind of
bitter time (years), energies and money in this program.
It could be a good option to keep on going with the match process by finding
some connections and strenghtening US clinical experience. Miracle will be
around anytime.

如果过然这样，你还等什么，
建议去 NP professional 的网站去交一些朋友，那里会有很多 NP，去看看是不是一个
好的Business，如果是就下定决心，我就结识了一个成功的老者 private practice，
学到了很多

But based on ur situation, even u got an NP, it's still possible that u won'
t be able to find a decent paid job. However, if u can overcome ur drawbacks
, u can match as a medical doctor, live a happier life.

you. Only physician experience will help you.
If you don't care what happens down the road after 10-15 years, just want to
make some money here, then go for NP, plus who knows what will happen after
10-15 years. |

发帖数: 55 | 21 I did RN, NP, and intern route. It was quite a long detour for me. If you
want to go back to China eventually, don't go this route. Besides, in order
to apply NP program , you have to study for RN first, then NP. It costs as
much energy, investment, and time as studying for the board exam.
Furthermore, it is not easy working as a NP independently. You have to find
a MD to supervise you.
So NP不值得读 |
