生部的负责人要自己提供一个模板，你们当时用的什么模板呢？ 我在ECFMG的网站上找
到一个sample letter如下， 不知你们当初是不是用的这个呢？ 还有卫生部办好后怎
么把这封信给我们呢？ 多谢了！！

government of this country that he/she will return to his/her country upon
completion of training in the United States and
intends to enter the practice of medicine in the specialty being sought.
Include Stamp (or Seal and Signature) of issuing official of named country.

different wording not approved by DOS.
this is also the template I used, Ministry of Health will accept it. | p********t
