"After registering for Step 3 online, you will need to mail the
Certification of Identity page (and postgraduate training form, if
applicable) to FSMB. Certification of Identity pages and/or PGT forms
received after September 10, 2010 will not be accepted and your online
application cancelled"
What is the certification of identity page? Will you see it once you
register?
By the way if you want to take step3 this year, you have to apply by Sep 3
