the year before? Does it hurt my chances for next year if I dont have an
offer this year?

发帖数: 4 | 5 Another related question: is another year worthy it? If I do a long
externship or OB, 3-6 months, how much will it help me get into a reasonably
good program? Compared with rushing my application and get into a
malignant program, would I be better off getting into a program at a
reasonably nice location? One more question is: does a better program
justify the one extra year of preparation?
Please help this ugly duckling. I wont turn into the beautiful swan till I
get the you have matched letter.

发帖数: 121 | 6 I have no idea whether a failed application will hurt your next application.
In fact many CMG got matched at their 2nd or even 3rd trial. However, I am
sure that externership/observership is a plus to your application but not a
guarantee to your match.
Sometimes all you need is a good luck in addition to your hard work! |
